As Twitchy reported earlier Thursday, President Trump was so impressed by a video of Joe Biden groping Joe Biden and sniffing his hair while he was explaining his “tactile” approach that he retweeted it, adding “WELCOME BACK JOE!”
It took Biden a few hours, but he finally came up with that “clapback” Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is supposedly so good at she teaches other members of Congress how to do it:

First, we wouldn’t take jabs at being “on the job and presidential” when your boss was taking time out to play with a selfie stick for BuzzFeed or sit for an interview with a YouTube star who wears green lipstick and bathes in milk and cereal or “slow jam the news” on late night TV.
Second, we can’t argue with either of these replies.
