New York Mag: Kavanaugh's confirmation will mean a third of male justices have been 'credibly accused'

“Another Judge, Another Woman, Another Slap in the Face” is how New York Magazine is framing the potential confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court, where he’ll join Clarence Thomas, another man who was “credibly accused” of doing serious harm to Anita Hill.

We’re guessing they’re opposed to Kavanaugh’s confirmation on those grounds — just a feeling we get.

Sejal Singh writes, “If Kavanaugh is confirmed, two out of nine justices on the United States Supreme Court — a full third of the male justices — will have been credibly accused of doing serious harm to women and given lifetime appointments anyway.”

So the full third actually means just Thomas and Kavanaugh, two conservative judges. Strange how charges of sexual misconduct are becoming a trend with conservative nominees — almost as strange as Sen. Dianne Feinstein sitting on that letter since July.
