Donald Trump hasn’t yet tweeted about Cruz stealing Wyoming from him, but he has warned that unless the GOP doesn’t “straighten out” its system of awarding delegates, it will be a “rough July” at the convention.

Wisconsin says its process of selecting delegates has been in place since 2014, so there were “no surprises” in store for the candidates.
