As Twitchy noted, Hillary Clinton kicked off her speech in Iowa this evening with some self-deprecating humor, praising her new Snapchat account for deleting messages all by itself. Clinton’s tone changed as she wrapped up her speech, though, repeating that she’s handed her private email server over to the Justice Department.
