Fox News’ Greta Van Susteren couldn’t help but notice that one morning co-host was missing from the event: Fox News’ Elisabeth Hasselbeck of “Fox & Friends.”

Van Susteren is familiar with the scenario. Back in October 2012, the State Department “forgot” to invite Fox News to a media conference call on the Benghazi terror attack.

So, is President Obama afraid to sit for an interview with Elisabeth Hasselbeck or what?
