Brought back into the headlines by the recent release of the so-called “Hillary Papers,” Kathleen Willey spoke with Fox News’ Megyn Kelly Tuesday. Asked if charges against Bill Clinton are relevant to the inevitable presidential run by Hillary Clinton, Willey argues that Hillary is an enabler who conducts “terror campaigns” against women who cross paths with her husband.
