Ramen: It's what's for trick-or-treat

Even the White House, with its “Let’s Move!” initiative in full swing, is sneaking some candy into kids’ trick-or-treat bags along with dried fruit. But ramen? Do people really give out packages of ramen noodles instead of candy? Apparently so.
