Serious business: Aaron Alexis' official Navy bio printed in Comic Sans?

As Twitchy reported earlier, the U.S. Navy released an official biography of alleged Washington Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis this evening.

On such a dark day, some found comic relief in the fact that the Navy’s official document on Alexis was printed in the universally reviled typeface Comic Sans. Does the Navy keep all of its important documents in Comic Sans, or do they reserve that for public releases related to mass murder?
