Sen. Angus King of Maine is still making up his mind on Syria, but we’re wondering what was going on when he deleted this tweet, which was archived by the Sunlight Foundation’s Politwoops site.

Abides by the Constitution? Nothing wrong with that. According to Politwoops, it only took four seconds for that tweet to disappear, which is a shame. We’d be happy to see every Senator — and @WhiteHouse and @barackobama, for that matter— post that one.
