Those who weren’t playing on their iPhones this afternoon learned quite a bit about the Obama administration’s plan for a kinetic military action in Syria. It won’t be a war in the classic sense, there absolutely will not be boots on the ground (unless the situation in Syria implodes and boots are needed), and the mission is not to depose Bashar al-Assad, even though it’s agreed that “Assad must go.”
So, what name would really capture all of that in one easy-to-remember slogan? Ace kicked off the search for the perfect code name.
