Brandon Baxter, 20, Connor Stevens, 20, and Douglas Wright, 26, will drop their defense of entrapment by the FBI as part of the plea deal. An FBI informant supplied the men with fake explosives, which they allegedly planted on the Route 82 bridge and attempted to detonate with a cell phone.

A fourth suspect, Anthony Hayne, 35, pleaded guilty in July and agreed to cooperate with prosecutors. Joshua Stafford, 23, the fifth suspect in the case, is undergoing psychiatric evaluation.

Michelle Malkin, Dana Loesch, Sonnie Johnson, Tony Katz and others held an Occupy the Truth rally in Cleveland in August to draw media attention to the case.
