We guess we’re not leaving spouses out of it this time around. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is running against Joe Biden for the 2024 Democratic nomination and is actually polling pretty well. That means it’s time for the New York Times to spring into action and take him out. Curiously, they chose to do this through his wife, actress Cheryl Hines from “Curb Your Enthusiasm.” Our guess is that she was your typical actress — a Democrat and fully on board with the party platform. But she’s married to Kennedy and possibly “normalizing” some of his dangerous ideas. Is this career advice for Hines from a concerned reporter?
Cheryl Hines, the “Curb Your Enthusiasm” actress, is beloved in Hollywood. Now, she's supporting the presidential campaign of her husband, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Is she normalizing his often dangerous ideas? https://t.co/8c5fivGJGF pic.twitter.com/7XOKPQQoC9

I don’t agree with RFK Jr on much, but I do agree with him that it’s “dangerous” to normalize the idea that mere opinions and open debate are dangerous.
We used to have newspapers that more or less agreed.

There is an implied threat in "beloved in Hollywood".

Yep.
If you thought that the nyt couldn’t sink any lower, you thought wrong.

Amazing headline for something that isn’t in the opinion section

Yes how dare she support her husband and not conform to the TDS antics of the NYT’s?!?! The utter arrogance of you people and your desire to stifle and control people is beyond.

You mean she's supporting her husband who has heterodox beliefs? pic.twitter.com/t474ecM1aX

Learn to write implied bias, if you are gonna shill, at least put effort into it.
What a clown show of an article.

Are we really shaming someone for supporting their husband?
— B (@Wickedlipid) June 10, 2023
Is the New York Times “normalizing” opinion in alleged news stories? Oh, they’ve done that for decades.

Is “Beloved in Hollywood” supposed to intensify the shame you want her to feel?

The @NYT once presented "often dangerous ideas" and challenged them with an argument, counter-argument, rebuttal, and counter-rebuttal. That was the norm of a once great newspaper that is now a propaganda outlet that no longer publishes journalism.

Nice ratio NYT. You should be proud of yourselves.

Oh no, an actress is running the risk of people listening to her husband’s ideas. We’ll give her a warning shot and if that doesn’t shut her up, we’ll have her blackballed.
