Anyone not named Trump or DeSantis has absolutely no shot in 2024. Politico is reporting, though, that former Vice President Mike Pence will announce his candidacy on June 7 in Des Moines, Iowa. We only wonder if Team Trump will even bother to stop trashing Ron DeSantis long enough to even take a shot at Pence. We can’t recall a single thing Pence did in his four years that would indicate he’s a serious candidate.

As we asked with Chris Christie, will the True Conservatives™ rally around Pence? He’s got no chance with Democrats or the MAGA crowd. It certainly would be awkward to see Pence and Trump on a debate stage together.
