Lefty troll and White House guest Mueller, She Wrote isn’t explicitly saying that someone planted those classified documents in President Joe Biden’s garage in Wilmington, Delaware. But she does make the argument that there’s no evidence that Biden “possessed” the documents, even if he admitted they were there. Biden certainly isn’t guilty of criminal possession. OK, maybe someone did plant them.
I guess Allison is going with the “someone else planted the documents in Biden’s garage” theory. pic.twitter.com/itdtbid82f

“He didn’t say he put them there.” But he did say it wasn’t like they were lying in the street; they were locked up tight in his garage with his Corvette. Either Biden put them there or his garage isn’t as secure as he suggests.

“To prove possession, you need to show intent.” Is she suggesting Biden’s so senile he never intended to stash classified documents from his vice presidency in his office at the Penn Biden Center and in his house and garage?

So, does she think Hunter put them there?
I think that would be worse for the Biden's.

It was me, I planted them.

You see, if someone is going to plant evidence, the first rule of evidence planting is, "No commingling!" Therefore, since the evidence was not commingled, it was clearly planted.
A matter of scientific & legal fact, bad guys who plant evidence don't even know how to commingle!

That’s an interesting new definition of possession.
— Voltaire’s Ghost (@spectervoltaire) January 14, 2023
But Joe very clearly said the garage was securely "locked". How could anyone possibly obtain access to his highly secure garage and plant anything? 🤷

There goes the “I lock the garage door defense.”

The ole “colloquial possession” defense. Brilliant

Why don’t people understand that removing classified government documents is a strict-liability crime? You need only have the intent to remove, not any intent to distribute further: https://t.co/yHrenEDeOp

It’s possible that Biden never technically possessed the classified documents — that’s quite the stretch.
