To be honest, we’re a lot more familiar with the “Gender Unicorn,” an illustration meant to teach the distinction between biological sex and gender identity. We’ve seen a lot of schools pull out the Gender Unicorn for training, but the Department of Veterans Affairs, according to The Wall Street Journal, is using the “Genderbread Person” to accomplish the same goal with staffers. The Genderbread Person shows the differences between gender identity, gender expression, biological sex, and sexual orientation. So you could have a biological male present as feminine because they identify as a woman who is attracted to other women.
The Department of Veterans Affairs uses a "Genderbread Person" to teach that biological sex is a spectrum.
Also, internal training has employees play "privilege bingo," with items such as "no criminal record" & "military experience" listed.

Meanwhile, NASA says the term "African American" is racist and warns employees that the phrase "America is a melting pot" is a microaggression.
It'd be bad enough if our government was just this dumb. It's even worse that we're paying for this crap. pic.twitter.com/fUKfW84WJH

This editor actually went through that “melting pot” training in a previous job. America’s not a melting pot, it’s a salad, which has a mix of ingredients, each of which retains its own tastiness. They never explained what the salad dressing was; probably white supremacy. And saying you’re colorblind is one of the most racist things you can say.
“Privilege Bingo” is precisely the kind of critical race theory-based activity that conservatives are trying to root out of public schools. Sure, teach slavery and Jim Crow, but don’t have kids rank themselves as the oppressor or the oppressed.

No criminal record is “privilege?” Military experience too?

How on earth do they spin no criminal record and military service into their insanity?

Going to war is now privilege

Meanwhile VA support to veterans is a mess, NASA was paying for Russian space lift to get Americans to the ISS because there wasn’t a domestic capability, and it’s hard to find anything resembling a strategic military victory in generations. Wokeness as an antidote to competence.

It should come as no surprise that when I went to see them to access disability from military service, I got absolutely nothing done. It was likely talking to brick wall. I’m genuinely not surprised the VA operates this way after the years of stories of treatment of veterans

Woke indoctrination at all levels in all institutions. DEI is just communism in a mask.

All of those new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion departments have to do something all day to justify their existence. Part of it is presenting “training” like this.
