As Twitchy reported Tuesday, Rep. Thomas Massie posted photos from “an actual IRS recruiting program” showing some very non-threatening people pointing plastic guns at “tax offenders.” There were a lot of comments about the lack of trigger discipline from these future members of the IRS’s Criminal Investigation division. In short, these people shouldn’t even be handling toy guns. And do we really want more armed IRS agents?
A lot of people wondered where the photographs were from, and we’re suspecting they were from this recruiting program for college students. As Andrew McCarthy put it, these are some of the softest nerds in the history of dweebs.
