We’ve seen some weird things when masks come together with musical instruments. Remember in 2021 when they stuck all of the school band members in little green tents?

And then there were the school concerts where they just cut holes in the masks for anyone playing a wind instrument.

Jennifer Lloyd wanted help dispelling the myth that “all who wear masks always feel confident doing so.”

Lloyd got some backup from Brad Siroky, who proved that if he can wear a mask, anyone can:

But …

We watched his YouTube video and we didn’t see him stick a mask on the bell of his trumpet, but he is indeed double-masked while playing. He’s got the surgical mask with a hold in it over the N95 mask with a hole in it.

Seriously. Are they actually packing audiences into Carnegie Hall? That sounds like a super-spreader event.
