This isn’t new for some companies, but Google sent out a company-wide email on Friday following the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. Google reminded employees that they could still be reimbursed for out-of-state “medical care” and reminded them that they could apply for relocation to a state that’s more friendly to women’s reproductive rights.
SCOOP: Google is offering relocation to anyone who wants to move to from a state affected by the #RoeVWade decision

Let's face it, big companies have an incentive for pregnant employees to get abortions.
It's cheaper to pay for an abortion than it is to pay for maternity leave.
So yes ladies, terminate your own young so you can keep making money for Google.
Yay, feminism! https://t.co/qDytSn8YZt

Of course they are. They prefer women have abortions. 1, lower healthcare costs. 2, no loss of productive employee (and spouse) to maternity leave or even worse – the mom decides to leave the workforce to raise their baby full-time.
They are protecting their bottom line.

We’d be surprised if their health insurance plan didn’t cover birth control.
But do they limit the amount of abortions in a year? I can see their cost really skyrocketing if someone has 4-5 abortions per year.

It is common knowledge among company executives that employees who have kids tend to be late to arrive to the office, leave earlier, and when working from home disappear for long stretches of time. For these reasons companies would rather pay for abortion.

Keep them single, childless, and married to their job until they’re 35.
They’re empowering women

They can fly pregnant women out of state for the abortion and have them back to work on Monday.
