As Twitchy reported earlier, March for Our Lives co-founder David Hogg took a victory lap Sunday over a bipartisan Senate compromise on gun control by enjoying a milkshake for breakfast. Why, though? The framework matches practically nothing demanded by March for Our Lives … no ban on assault weapons or magazines.

TIME Magazine has a piece hilariously titled, “The Education of David Hogg,” which points out how the Parkland survivor has matured as a gun control activist.

How has his approach to activism changed? CNN hall monitor Brian Stelter, who’s learned how to shut off replies to his tweets, read the piece and pulled what he thought was a relevant quote:

The fact that Hogg has managed to stay somewhat relevant all these years truly astounds us.
