Jake Tapper still cleaning up after Julia Ioffe and her 'hyperbolic comparison' of Trump to ISIS

As Twitchy reported earlier, GQ’s Julia Ioffe, a panelist on Jake Tapper’s CNN show “The Lead,” declared that Donald Trump had radicalized more people than ISIS. She did tweet an apology later (one appended with an, “I will add, though …), and host Tapper made it clear that Ioffe was contrite.

So now CNN gets to report on Ioffe’s apology, and Tapper is still mopping up her mess.

So she’s done as a CNN contributor, right? She’s really sorry and won’t be given the opportunity to do it again … right?

Good question.
