IMPORTANT: White House stenographer quits her job and CNN is ON IT

It’s no secret that there’s been a lot of turnover in the Trump administration, and each departure was covered extensively in the media as a sign of the turbulence that surrounds Donald Trump.

So why wouldn’t CNN dedicate an interview to a White House stenographer who quit her job? No, really:

We’re not suggesting that Beck Dorey-Stein is grandstanding or anything, but it seems CNN only got in touch with her after reading her op-ed published in The New York Times Tuesday, in which she wrote that “it’s clear that White House stenographers do not serve his administration, but rather his adversary: the truth.”

Dorey-Stein talked to CNN’s Alisyn Camerota about the support the White House stenographers received from former President Barack Obama.

“I was so proud to serve under the Obama administration, and I felt like President Trump was lying to the American people and also not even trying to lie, like not even trying to tell the truth,” Dorey-Stein told Camerota.

Among other horrors, she told Camerota that President Trump “does not like microphones near his face, which is difficult because as a stenographer we often had to do that.”

Now we have only one question: Will Scarlett Johansson be playing her in the movie, or will it be someone else?
