As Twitchy noted, immediately following the terror attack by a “surly misfit” whose “truck crash” in Nice, France, killed 84, ISIS members and sympathizers got busy in Photoshop and began to crank out posters celebrating the successful attack — as well as a few promising that Germany would be next.

Who knows if this is what they had in mind, but reports are emerging from Germany that around 20 train passengers were injured after a man wielding an axe and a knife attacked them on a train passing through Bavaria.

The exact number of injured varies a bit from report to report, but most outlets are reporting more than 20, with three or four injured critically (we’ll update this post as the numbers are confirmed).

The attacker has been identified as a 17-year-old from Afghanistan.

Update:

Nightline reports that only four were injured (although a peek at the linked URL shows that ABC originally reported 18). Fourteen passengers are being treated for shock after the incident, ABC News now reports.
