If this morning you tuned into any news coverage of last night’s presidential debate, chances are you heard the highlight of the night was when Bernie Sanders agreed with Hillary Clinton that he is “sick and tired” of hearing about her damn emails. What was Sanders up to? Just speaking his mind, as usual? Pandering to the “leave Hillary alone” audience for some chivalry points? Taking a dive?
National Review’s Jim Geraghty has some sincere advice for any Democrat candidate who’s not named Hillary and is actually trying to win the nomination, and it doesn’t look like this:

Oh yeah, the FBI investigation. As Geraghty advises Martin O’Malley and Sanders in National Review, “If you want to beat Hillary Clinton, you have to go after her on the topic of her server, her effort to avoid FOIA and Congressional subpeonas, the national security risk, and her serial dishonesty in discussing the matter.”
If your opponent is being investigated by the FBI, that should be your absolute favorite topic to discuss. http://t.co/ONgRP3m2UL

@jimgeraghty yeah, unless you're "controlled"

@jimgeraghty Define "opponent". For hints, see last night's questions about "enemies".
