As Twitchy reported this morning, at least one American missionary from the evangelical Christian organization Samaritan’s Purse, Dr. Kent Brantly, has arrived at a hospital in Atlanta to be treated for the Ebola virus.
Donald Trump would prefer that American Ebola victims not be brought to the U.S. for treatment, saying in his own special way, they “must suffer the consequences” of going to far away places to help out.
The U.S. cannot allow EBOLA infected people back. People that go to far away places to help out are great-but must suffer the consequences!

@realDonaldTrump I prefer the Ebola to you

@realDonaldTrump @AbangMercy "suffer the consequences"?! That's quite insensitive and demotivating

@realDonaldTrump Pretty sure you just ended any chance you ever had at being president. People who help must suffer the consequences?

Pretty clear that @realDonaldTrump is far more dangerous to this country than Ebola. Ignorance is the real plague.

Incredible @RealDonaldTrump is screaming to deny heroic American doctor with #Ebola entry to his own country for treatment. If it was him?
— David Blakely (@Acliffe) August 2, 2014
.@realDonaldTrump As a physician & American, I am appalled by your attitude about the American Ebola victim. You know nothing, Donald Trump.
— David Gorski, MD, PhD (@gorskon) August 2, 2014
@realDonaldTrump This is a wicked and insensitive statement.

@realDonaldTrump no! I do not agree in this case. Only transmitted through body fluids. Don't worry Donald…may I call you Donald?

@YoungBukkk @realDonaldTrump if they're U.S. citizens that's different. No foreigners tho…send the vaccine over there

Not everyone disagrees with Trump on not bringing Ebola victims onto U.S. soil.
@realDonaldTrump I agree whole heartedly. They knew the dangers and must now live with it.

@realDonaldTrump I am actually behind you on this. Get them help but we shouldn't ALL have to be exposed to it. It's sad but true.
— Stephen Crawford (@Steve_Crawford1) August 2, 2014
@realDonaldTrump If all you people think he is a jerk how about YOU move to where the Ebola is and THEN get back to us. Idiots!
— Stephen Crawford (@Steve_Crawford1) August 2, 2014
Trump began tweeting posts from supporters.
"@BarbaraSMayer: @realDonaldTrump You are right about the Ebola patients. It's a deadly virus, and they shouldn't bring them to the US."
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 2, 2014
"@BigBoie7531: To all the liberal do gooders, this is the Plague you idiots! No cure! @ You may have confidence in the CDC, but I don't!"

You might have to suffer the consequences of helping overseas, but don’t forget: Donald Trump thinks you’re great!
