The Washington Post is reporting that negotiators have reached a tentative agreement in the Chicago Teachers Union strike that could return students to public school classrooms on Monday.
Observers note that teachers have not voted on a contract, but will negotiate through the weekend with the hopes of voting Sunday on finalized language.
