CNN commentator wants you to 'imagine' Al Sharpton inciting people to riot and how Fox News would respond

Our next president, Joe Biden, already opined on the scenario on which it was not Trump supporters but Black Lives Matter activists who stormed the U.S. Capitol (something, incidentally, the Women’s March planned to do to protest Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation but failed). “No one can tell me that if it had been a group of Black Lives Matter protesting yesterday, there wouldn’t — they wouldn’t have been treated very, very differently than the mob of thugs that stormed the Capitol,” Biden said from the Office of the President-Elect. So that take’s already been done.

But here anyway, three days later, we have CNN commentator Keith Boykin having us imagine a scenario in which Al Sharpton leads a rally that inspires Black Lives Matter activists to storm the U.S. Capitol.

We don’t know — it’s awfully tough to imagine Sharpton being involved in inciting a riot.

What’s Wikipedia have to say? “On the third day of the disturbances, Al Sharpton and Sonny Carson led a march. The marchers proceeded through Crown Heights carrying antisemitic signs and burning an Israeli flag.” Hmm. “By the time the three days of rioting ended, 152 police officers and 38 civilians were injured, 27 vehicles were destroyed, seven stores were looted or burned, and 225 cases of robbery and burglary were committed.”

And that’s just Crown Heights.

Because having no shame is a requirement for being a CNN commentator.
