The Harvey Weinstein scandal isn’t the only distressing news coming out of California this week.
Dozens of wildfires are ravaging the northern part of the state, so far leaving 15 dead, over a hundred more injured, and thousands without a home.
Here are some of the most powerful images and videos from the fires and the destruction they’ve caused.

According to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection, responders are fighting 17 fires with more than 20,000 people in their paths. So far, 115,000 acres have burned. An emergency has been declared in both Napa and Sonoma counties, and the President approved a California Disaster Declaration earlier today.
As the fires continue to spread, please keep California in your thoughts this week.
