For the second time this week, CBS has been caught deceptively editing a news segment on Bill Clinton in order to protect their preferred presidential candidate. First, they edited “for time” when Bill Clinton accidentally let slip that Hillary frequently suffers from dehydration.
Now, in the wake of Colin Powell’s leaked emails, they’ve censored the one email that would cause the most damage to the Clintons. At the start of the segment, host Gayle King stops reading the email right before it references Bill Clinton’s sex scandals.
“In a leaked e-mail, he wrote, quote, ‘I would rather not have to vote for her, although she is a friend I respect.’ He calls Hillary Clinton, quote, ‘A 70-year person with a long track record, unbridled ambition, greedy, not transformational…’”
