As the IRS notes, if you obtained health insurance coverage through an Obamacare health insurance exchange in 2014, you’re supposed to receive an extra form this year: Form 1095-A. You can’t file your tax return without it. Quite a few Twitter users haven’t received the form yet, however. And some of those who did said the form contains incorrect information.

The IRS is encouraging people who have not received the 1095-A form to file for an extension:
Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) exchange users who are missing accurate Form 1095-A notices should file requests for automatic extensions, on Form 4868, by April 15.
The IRS plans to give individuals who get 1095-A’s late until Oct. 15 to file their tax returns.
