Arizona Cardinals issue statement after deactivating assault suspect Jonathan Dwyer

Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer was arrested today on domestic assault charges. According to reports, he allegedly assaulted a 27-year-old woman this past July. An 18-month-old child is also listed as a victim.

Arizona Cardinals running back Jonathan Dwyer is suspected of assaulting his wife on TWO separate incidents … cops tell TMZ Sports.

According to police, the 25-year-old allegedly roughed up his wife at their home in Phoenix on July 21st and again on July 22nd.
