As Twitchy told you, CNN’s Jim Acosta beclowned himself yet again when he attempted to frame the potential government shutdown as the GOP’s fault since Republicans control the White House and Congress. But when he wasn’t busy being a shameless hack, he was doing something resembling reporting:
