As Twitchy readers know, the media has been working overtime today to pretend a GOP lawmaker used a Bible verse to justify starving poor people.
Even just writing that it’s hard to believe anyone would think something SO STUPID is true BUT then again, it is the media we’re talking about.
And speaking of “so stupid”, Kurt Eichenwald tossed his baseless opinion into the mix as well:
Once again, GOPr cites 2 Thessalonians to justify letting the hungry starve. This is only Biblical passage they know, from a forged epistle.

Once again, you fail to do even elementary research and go all in on a story that has already been debunked. https://t.co/y42mxQ8GEO

Boom.
It’s been debunked and debunked again but that didn’t stop Eichenwald from stepping in it …
We’d suggest anyone interacting or debating with Kurt be extremely cautious though:
Careful. He sues people for tweeting at him.

Another day, another opportunity to mock Kurt Eichenwald.
