Cue Leftist implosion: SCOTUS sends transgender bathroom case to lower court

This morning, SCOTUS sent the case of transgender teen, Gavin Grimm, to a lower court … maybe because they know it’s not a federal issue and something that should be decided at a local level.

Via ABC News:

The high court action follows the Trump administration’s recent decision to withdraw a directive issued during Barack Obama’s presidency that advised schools to allow students to use the bathroom of their chosen gender, not biological birth.

In other words, the Trump administration understands the levels of government while the Obama administration did not.

Leave it to the states.

Done.

The case is still being heard, it’s just not something that the highest court in the land should probably waste its time on. That however didn’t stop the screeching, dramatic harpies on the Left:
