Whoever is behind the hilarious parody accounts belonging to “Rep. Steven Smith” and his chief of staff “T.J. Mitch Johnson” has scored another win. It began when “Johnson” posted this tweet about actor/comedian Harry Shearer’s article in The Daily Beast:
