Wow, would ya look at the time?

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid says it’s pretty darn likely the country is about to take the fiscal cliff plunge.

The markets are just loving his ambitious stance.

But no worries. As always, Reid’s totally serious about fiscal-y thingies. And stuff.

But not serious enough to, you know, negotiate with Republicans.

And not serious enough to resist calling Speaker John Boehner a dictator.

Why, it’s almost as if he wants to go over the fiscal cliff.

Less talk, more doing your job, Harry.

Reid, of course, made his fiscal cliff position perfectly clear last week when he said, “We are not going to do anything.” But it’s Republicans’ fault?

Can we at least all agree that this is something we must avoid at all costs?

More super serious negotiating from Sen. Reid:

Harry Reid, poor soul, is suffering from double-speak:

.@SenatorReid Seriously? You mock the HoR for ‘watching movies and soccer games’, when you ADJOURNED THE SENATE TO WATCH “LINCOLN”!

What a fucking moron. Seriously…. we have SUCH MORONS in power.

I’m sorry, what is that I hear? Oh yeah, the death knell of America.

Harry says that Boehner’s a dictator and Obama whines incessantly that everything is Bush’s fault. If the Democrats are this weak and toothless in the face of a single House member and a former president, why are they (Obama and Reid) even in government?

PS to Senator Reid (D-LDS): hope that so-called ‘magic underwear’ that your supporters railed about so frequently during the election will help you when you go over the cliff next week…

He will be reciting his epic, “Ode to the Cowboy Poets”.

If you look very, very closely. You can just see Harry peeking above the podium. Standing atop all those annual budgets that passed the House and couldn’t fit in a drawer or file cabinet.

  • GaryTheBrave

All the Senate does is pass bills that name post offices. More than 2 dozen bills have passed the House with bipartisan support to help the economy yet the Senate does nada.

From Obama saying “I get that for free” to Reid saying “We’re not going yo do anything” it is clear the DNC wants to go over the cliff. I’m not so concerned about the short-term. I’m looking at the long-term. They have other reasons why they want it to happen and none of it is good for us.

“Reach for the stars”?? Hardly. Bend over. Forward!! Dingy Harry is driving.

Harry Reidiculous went over the ludicrous and absurdity cliff a long time ago.

    • Ralph_Gizzip

Harry is heading for the “fiscal cliff” and calling for Ludicrous Speed!
