In not-so-breaking news, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta says information obtained through the tactic of waterboarding helped lead to the capture of Osama bin Laden.

Who knew?

Waiting for the mainstream media to pick up this story? Don’t hold your breath.

We’re sure that waterboarding will now become totally cool.

I didn’t need Panetta to admit this for me to already know it was solid fact. Libs think there was absolutely nothing being done to find OBL until Skeeter Barry waltzed into office and magic happened. Um no, dipwads…finding OBL was years in the making and the trail would not have been laid out for Skeeter Barry to follow without the info gleaned by *gasp* waterboarding! Duh. Now watch them start calling Panetta a liar.

He didn’t. He said it was part of the integration process that they could have done the same with or without. Intelligence personnel have stated that the only important information was gathered before the water torture by developing a relation ship with the prisoners, like playing chess and due to the fact that a person will say anything, that renders torture unreliable, it questioned the informations credibility and makes it virtually useless. Bush pulled out of Afghanistan when he had Bin Laden cornered, he pulled out the resources for finding him six months after 9/11, so he could devote himself to Iraq. Bush gave up on Bin Laden: “We haven’t heard much from him. And I wouldn’t necessarily say he’s at the center of any command structure. And, again, I don’t know where he is. I’ll repeat what I said. I truly am not that concerned about him”. Bush gave up on Bin Laden for many years. It took a serious president to pull things back together and take getting rid of Bin Laden seriously again, thank you president Obama!

Who is the “serious” President to which you refer? Certainly not the present occupant of the office.

    I’m just shocked!
You mean to tell me it was not because Obama asked nicely for info?
