Breaking news out of Manhattan where we’re seeing reports that former Trump attorney Michael Cohen is making a surprise appearance in federal court this morning:

According to reports, Cohen will plead guilty to “making false statements to Congress regarding the Russia investigation” regarding “his contacts with Russians during the presidential campaign.”

Sources are telling ABC News that Cohen gave “70 hours” of testimony to the special cousnel’s office:
