The latest polling out of North Dakota has incumbent Dem Sen. Heidi Heitkamp down 10 points to challenger Rep. Kevin Cramer:
An exceedingly rare poll of #NDSen, by SRA for NBC ND: Cramer leads against Heidi Heitkamp, 51% to 41%. https://t.co/HW3ucYl56n
6 years ago, an early October made state headlines for showing Heitkamp down 10%. That said, reports keep saying internal polling has Cramer up.

And, yes, this looks to have a lot to do with Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination:
Red-state Democrats should do the right thing and confirm Judge Kavanaugh.
In North Dakota, an overwhelming 60% of voters support him. Heidi Heitkamp’s refusal to do so has her down 10 points against @KevinCramer. #NDSen pic.twitter.com/ijvEG15sys

If Dems lose North Dakota, that means they have to flip either Tennessee or Texas to get control:
Cramer (R) 51, Heitkamp (D) 41 — #NDSEN (NBC North Dakota/SRA)
61% support Kavanaugh, 27% oppose.
If Rs win in North Dakota, Dems would need to win in TENNESSEE or TEXAS to have any chance of retaking the Senate.https://t.co/v4UwZ7mKCK

This should be a warning side to red-state Dems, like Phil Bredesen in Tennessee:
Phil Bredesen just got booed for saying he's withholding judgment on Kavanaugh at a forum he's hosting tonight in Chattanooga #tnpol

This BK fight is a winner for Booker and Harris, but a loser for Donnelly, Heitkamp, and yes Bredesen.

Although it’s not all bad news for Dems as Joe Manchin in WV still looks “solid”:

With that said, Cocaine Mitch smells blood in the water:
Sens. Joe Donnelly (D-IN) ($1.6 million), Claire McCaskill (D-MO) ($1.9 million), Joe Manchin (D-WV) ($1 million), and Heidi Heitkamp (D-ND) ($350,000) as well as former Tennessee Gov. Phil Bredesen (D) ($1.8 million). (Hotline reporting) https://t.co/nmjxLqdmg3
