According to NBC News, the suspected Austin bomber who blew himself up this morning as law enforcement officials approached his car has been identified as Mark Anthony Conditt:

Authorities were able to track Conditt down after tracing an unexploded package at a FedEx distribution center to this FedEx office, where he was captured on surveillance video:
