Oh, man … this is bad.
Here’s former Obama-era United States Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power going after normal Americans for not understanding the Electoral College and the “fact that a handful of states make the difference.” (note that she’s part of Twitter’s 280 character experiment):
A lot of foreigners (and Americans) don’t understand the Electoral College or the fact that a handful of states make the difference. Russia showed a mastery of what mattered most. https://t.co/qzKfDlBuHA

She was responding to this Reuters report alleging that Russia targeted Wisconsin and Michigan with Facebook ads in the 20016 election:

We get that she’s still sore about 2016, but the reason Hillary lost wasn’t because Russia maybe bought ads targeted at voters in Wisconsin and Michigan — it’s that team Hillary didn’t “understand the Electoral College or the fact that a handful of states make the difference.”
Russia knew to target Wisconsin. Why didn't Hillary Clinton? https://t.co/6pPCLZyQlU

So Putin knew to target Wisconsin but Hillary didn't? Seem Vlad was better at analyzing data than @RobbyMook #Caring https://t.co/MbOmefOsWi

I listened to much of this interview and didn’t hear Blumenthal talk about a Facebook ad telling Hillary not to campaign in Wisconsin https://t.co/u8xbBeV91n

Maybe Vlad told Hillary to go to Wisconsin to sell books?
No cheap date: Now we know what it costs to get Hillary to visit Wisconsin https://t.co/mJQvyGLata
