People are getting fooled by fake pictures all the time on the internet. It happens. But how often does someone get fooled by something this fake?

Here’s the now-deleted tweet from Newsweek’s Jeff Stein of a picture of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn and current White House staffer Sebastian Gorka holding Nazi books captioned, “No doubt Flynn and Gorka thought this photo was funny when they took it”:
