Former Ambassador Susan Rice compared the Trump administration to Sudanese dictator Omar al-Bashir over a now viral clip of State Department handlers ushering MSNBC reporter Andrea Mitchell out of photo-op between Secretary Rex Tillerson and Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin:

According to the pool report, it was a “30 second” photo-op. So, why did Mitchell think she’d be able to ask questions?
