Former Ambassador John Bolton was on Fox News today and gave his thoughts on the hack of the DNC allegedly by Russia in order to influence the presidential election.
He starts out with tough talk that if it’s indeed true that Russia was behind it, then they should face ‘grave consequences.” But a few minutes later he brought up the possibility that Russia was framed and this was a “false flag” type attack. Do you agree with what he has to say?

According to media reports, Bolton is under consideration for Secretary of State or Deputy Secretary of State if ExxonMobil CEO Rex Tillerson gets the top slot:
