As Americans get ready for the double-digit Obamacare premium increases, here’s an old tweet from Hillary Clinton that in any other election would have ended the candidate’s presidential run.

Obamacare? Pfft! Those double-digit premium increases that conservative always said would happen are really from Hillarycare:
