Senator Chuck Grassley’s letter made it clear that it’s time for Christine Blasey Ford and the Dems to put up or shut up about the allegation against Brett Kavanaugh. Other committee Republicans have just about had enough as well:
Looks like ALL Senate GOPers are now on board with Monday-or-never message for Ford. https://t.co/ORCjFCYJHF

Among Republicans tired of the Dems’ heel dragging and excuses is Sen. Susan Collins:
In Maine radio interview, @SenatorCollins says of Dr Ford: "much to my surprise it now appears she’s turning down all 3 options even though her attorney said earlier this week that she would come testify."
"I just don’t understand why the hearing shouldn’t go forth," she says.

COLLINS: "I’m very troubled and perplexed that @SenFeinstein withheld the letter. "
"It seems the way it was handled was unfair to both the judge and the professor because it casts this cloud of doubt on both of them," Collins said.

COLLINS on Maine radio about the release of the allegation against Kavanaugh: "The timing is certainly very unfortunate and I think unfair.

It also sounds like Republican Sen. Jeff Flake is running out of patience:
When Dr. Ford came forward, I said that her voice should be heard and asked the Judiciary Committee to delay its vote on Judge Kavanaugh. It did so. I now implore Dr. Ford to accept the invitation for Monday, in a public or private setting. The committee should hear her voice.

We’ll have to wait and see if the accuser strikes an agreement with the committee to be heard, but it’s not looking likely, which means the Republicans might just go ahead and schedule a final confirmation vote.
Corker has already said if Ford does not testify Monday, it's time to vote. Flake now almost begging Ford to appear. https://t.co/TtVOelAyic
