Even some congressional Dems who have made it a life goal to attempt to impeach President Trump have admitted there’s no evidence to support their claims. But that isn’t stopping Rosie O’Donnell from continuing to shout the accusations at the top of her Twitter lungs:

O’Donnell was referencing this story about a reported “17 unsuccessful attempts” from hackers with IP addresses traced to Russia to change voter registration information in Dallas County. Enough information, apparently, for O’Donnell to declare the entire election to have been rigged in Trump’s favor.
