Confidence-inspiring! NYC meat cleaver attacker previously deemed 'not a terrorist threat' even after THIS?

As we reported earlier this week, a man armed with a meat cleaver was shot and wounded near Penn Station in midtown Manhattan, but not before severely injuring an off-duty policeman. The suspect was identified as Akram Joudeh of Queens.

More is now being reported about Joudeh:

As it turns out, it wasn’t Joudeh’s first run-in with the law. Here’s what he was investigated for back in July:

One more time:

Cops found two knives inside Joudeh’s car after answering the July report of an erratic man on Shore Parkway in Brooklyn shout “Allahu Akbar!” — or “God is great” in Arabic.

But the source said investigations by the NYPD and FBI showed Joudeh, 32, was emotionally disturbed and not a terrorist threat.

“Not a terrorist threat”? What about now?

And people wonder why so many are concerned that tens of thousands of refugees might not be properly vetted?
