Somebody better let Obama know what the CIA director just said about ISIS!

Today the director of the CIA is testifying before the Senate Intelligence Committee about the ISIS threat, and he had some disturbing news:

Despite some progress against ISIS, CIA Brennan says "Our efforts have not reduced the group’s terrorist capability and global reach."
