There's apparently no shortage of people of color with guns in New Orleans

We heard this morning from Joy Behar that “once black people get guns in this country, the gun laws will change. Trust me.” As a matter of fact, gun sales spiked in the black community over the past couple of years, what with a summer of rioting and arson followed by a lockdown. If there’s one place where everyone is equal in this country, it’s at the gun range. People share the same interests, and they’re incredibly polite to each other.

A lot of people replying to Behar linked to this video. We wish we had more context, but the Instagram account from which it was taken has been pulled down. Still, we’re told this is at Calliope and Annunciation streets in New Orleans, though a lot of people say the accents are off, and it looks like people of color in this country do have guns. We suppose these were all purchased legally in Indiana and sold on the streets in Louisiana.

Is this some outdoor gun show we weren’t told about? Remember just last week when CBS News’ Robert Costa made his way into the NRA annual meeting in Houston and found photographic proof that there were guns on the premises?

Let’s get Costa down to New Orleans to this NRA convention to interview a few gun owners about why they feel the need to compensate for small pensises.

Their trigger discipline isn’t as bad as Hunter Biden’s.

Or the government implements that three-month, $5,000-a-gun buyback, no questions asked.
