Incredible shrinking #NationalDayOfProtest flies under radar; LA crowd fills several parking spaces

It was a big day and a small day for the #BlackLivesMatter movement. There’s no question that Hillary Clinton’s Benghazi testimony ruled the day, though, overshadowing the president’s forum as well as the Oct. 22 #NationalDayOfProtest. The official website #BlackLivesMatter activists used to coordinate their activities shows protests and marches scheduled in just about every state, but tracking down media coverage is a challenge.

The streets might have been relatively quiet today, but that doesn’t mean the #BlackLivesMatter movement hasn’t been heard in Washington, D.C.
